Teens are invited to the Laman Art Gallery for an evening of reflection, meditation, and breathwork in one of our most beautiful spaces.
Each month, every department of Laman Library works together to offer programs on a theme. This month's is mental wellness.
Tucked away in our beautiful 2nd Floor Art Gallery, teens (12-18) are invited to join us for an evening of meditation, reflection, and guided breathwork. These practices are proven to help your nervous system relax, relieving anxiety, alleviating depression symptoms, and over all helping you to better respond to stress.
All supplies needed will be provided for free, but if you would like to bring a comfort item such as a yoga mat, stuffie, or journal you are invited to do so.
