Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the resonance of singing bowls for a full-body meditation experience

Under the experienced guidance of sound therapy practitioner Drew Alisandre of Sonic Mana LLC., engage all of your senses in this sound bath meditation. Part of Argenta's Day of Wellness programming, this sound bath will provide a full-body experience that will guide you deeper into a meditative state. This program is great for beginners and ideal for adults and teens. No registration is required, but space is limited to 20 participants. Make sure to bring your yoga mat or a meditation cushion.
