Show yourself some love with this guided meditation
Take a moment for yourself and learn about the guiding principles of Mindful Self-Compassion practices. Part of Argenta's day of wellness programming, this meditation focuses on being present, caring for your needs, and showing compassion to yourself and others. This program is great for beginners and ideal for adults and teens. No supplies are needed, but feel free to bring anything that would help you feel cozy - a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, and/or stuffed animal. No registration is required.
