Ground your meditations with a Mala Bead Bracelet

Enhance your meditation practice and explore your creative side with this simple Mala Bead Bracelet project. As part of Argenta's Day of Wellness programming, Mala beads can be worn daily for mindfulness check-ins or used during meditations and prayers. This program is great for beginners and ideal for adults and teens. No registration is required, but supplies are limited to 20 participants.
