Dal with Naan

Color your world and cook an aromatic yellow lentil dish with Indian flatbread.

We're cooking with color this summer! Join us for the third installment of our Teens in the Kitchen: Color Your World Summer Series, where we'll be making dal with yellow lentils. 

Come learn how to temper spices before adding the lentils to the pot and cooking until tender. 

We'll also be making naan (Indian flatbread) on a skillet, which will be a perfect accompaniment to our dal.

You'll get a recipe with steps on preparing this dish at home and get to taste the dish we made together. 

No experience is necessary and all ingredients and materials will be provided.
