Attention spelling enthusiasts, it’s that time again! The time to prove yourself has arrived once again, this time featuring words inspired by our One Community One Book celebration of Hidden Figures by Margot Lee Shetterly!

Join your friends of the library and other logophiles in an evening of fun competition and libations! Styled similar to a traditional spelling bee, contestants will attempt their words each round until only one person remains. If the glory of the victory wasn't enough for you, the winner of our spelling bee will receive a Flyway Brewing voucher. 

Attendance is limited to adults 21+, registration is required and limited to 20 attendees.

This event is part of One Community, One Book, a celebration of the book Hidden Figures. Join us from February 17th to March 21st for events exploring math, science, Black and women's history, and the Space Race.
