‘Cuz we're all just teenage dirtbags underneath. Bust out your old diaries, poetry, plays, fanfic and share it with the world at this open mic style event!

[REDACTED] spoke to me in English today. I kept my carp together and did not blush though everything inside me was, in fact, on fire. Is this what it felt like the first time Edward spoke to Bella?
Also, Jenny was late to class again, and I just wish she tried harder. She has so much potential.” –An actual expert from my teenage diary in the year of our Lord two thousand and eleven.

Inspired by the Mortified Podcast, come for a soul baring, cringe inducing, night where we crack open those ancient relics of our past and read them loud and proud for all to hear. Don’t have an old diary? Don’t worry – bring your poetry, fanfic, or heck, even your old Tumblr posts. Please keep selections down to about 5 minutes read aloud.

Expect an evening of lighthearted fun! Come to share, or just to observe. It will be open mic style. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Registration is requested, so please let us know if you plan to join us! We are sure this will be a unique night.
